Another builder, the same dog, and the completed 24 feet bt 16 feet floor for the pigeon loft.  Tar paper was placed over the beams before the floor boards were put down to act as a moisture barrier.  The lattice was supposed to act as a barrier to keep animals from living under the loft.  However, the lattice would heave each winter and eventually it broke.  It has been removed.
